Since established in 1986, we have been focusing on plastic and automotive fasteners, PCB fasteners, screws, buffers, and more. Thanks to Germany-, Japan- and Taiwan-sourced advanced equipment, our monthly production capacity soar up to 40 million pieces monthly and we have 80 million pieces at stocks for your sourcing. 95% of our output is for export.
With a mold factory, staffed with 25 employees, we can finish a new tailored sample in only 2-4 weeks and new mold opening can be ready in as fast as four weeks. Your product shelves will be upgraded by at least one new product every month, differentiating you from other competitors.
All the production is conducted according to ISO 14001 and TS16949 standards. By assigning 15 QC staff to inspect every stage of production, we are able to control defect rage under 0.1% and keep zero return record. Our products are warmly received in the US, Europe and Asia, contributing to $4 million sales turnover for us in 2007, and we expect to improve the export revenue up to $4 million this year.
